Wellhead Slickline Pressure ControlEquipment is used for testing and paraffin treatment in flowing oil well,gas well, water injection well and coalbed methane testing. The Equipmentsupplies buffer and transitional area for string running with pressure to hole,could satisfy the wellhead seal requirement and there is no overflow. Simpleoperating, safe and reliable function.

Working pressure is 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa and 105MPa.
Standard ID is 30mm,44mm, 52mm, 62mm(65mm), 76mm(78mm), 89mm and 102mm.

The whole Wellhead Slickline Pressure Control Unit is composed of Wire SealControl Head, Top Catcher, Lubricator, Bottom Catcher (include testing blowoutassly), BOP, Up sheave, Down sheave, Crossover Flange, Quick testing Assly, allkinds of pipes and other components which necessary.

1. Wire Seal Control Head is operated by hydraulicmanual pump, which could seal wellhead in time and promise safety of operation.Lube oil cup, Blowout plug and Methanol injection port are connected withthis
head.
2. Top and Bottom Catcher is double safe feature, in order toprevent string tools dropping in well. Top Catcher is by hydraulic remotecontrol, Bottom Catcher has manual operation system if hydraulic system isfault.
3. Lubricator supplies buffer and transitional area for string tools,which connected by many Union Lubricators. Single Lubricator is 0.8—3m, thenumber of lubricator and total length could be decided by operation.Titaniumalloy Lubricator is much better quality and lightweight than normalsteel
materials.
4. BOP could be separated by Single, Dual, Triple andQuad Ram. Hydraulic or Manual control.
5. There is antifreeze& unfreezeand pressure self-check system.
6. Quick testing Assly could improve thesafety of BOP, then avoid the second pressure self-check.
7. Up& Downsheave is selected of Aluminium alloy, and has the function of preventing wirejump.
8. Transport and Storage Frame could accommodate full set of PressureControl
Equipments. Has the ability of designing and producing asrequirements.
